Radio DJ/Host on 4 radio stations, three in London and one in Brooklyn, New York and with residencies in London and country wide, Sassy’s eclectic taste takes the listener on a journey through eras and genres from Soul & Rare Groove to Afro & Deep House, always with a focus on the beat.
Hailing from Yorkshire, Sassy’s ear became tuned in the 80’s Acid House era where crate digging became a religious Saturday pilgrimage to Leeds, Manchester and beyond. From then on beats and synths later, soulful vocals became an important feature of the sound and of course, the party.
